Requirements
- 3+ years of Accident Benefits claims experience
- Strong knowledge of: SABS Non-MIG / Non-CAT files Loss transfer / reserving
- Experience handling files with moderate to high complexity
- Strong understanding of: Injury recovery Functional assessments Medical documentation
- Legal Background Background in: Paralegal or legal assistant roles Litigation support (personal injury, insurance defense, or accident benefits)
- Experience or exposure to: Accident Benefits, personal injury, or insurance-related claims
