Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 6–8 years of experience as a BSA or similar role
- Advanced understanding of Mainframe Host capabilities
- Proficiency in writing user stories in JIRA
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and coach team members
