About the role
- Technical Lead developing customer authentication solutions within TD's Technology Solutions team. Collaborating with software engineers to design and deliver effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and documenting detailed solution design
- Act as an application SME through the design and development lifecycle
- Lead the creation of solution options and a comprehensive end-to-end solution
- Provide estimates for new projects and initiatives
- Develop functional, technical and user interface designs
- Consult on development of the System Requirements Specification (SRS)
- Review technical deliverables throughout design and development phase
- Work with Technology Project Manager and team members to define metrics and performance goals
- Comply with enterprise technology delivery practices
- Deliver effective solutions meeting project milestones
- Conduct code reviews for quality adherence
- Support knowledge management processes
- Identify and address application and data issues
- Provide technical support for escalated incidents/outages
- Enhance knowledge and expertise in the area
