Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications (React.js) and actively contribute to the back-end (Java, PHP)
- Participate in all stages of development: design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions
- Contribute to documentation, scoping, code reviews, and testing (unit and integration)
- Coach and support a team of developers on a day-to-day basis
- Play an active role in organizing work using Agile/Scrum practices
- Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies and ensure processes are followed within the team
- Participate in sprint planning, track commitments, and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a technical point of reference while maintaining a collaborative and listening approach
- Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Help the team make sound technical decisions, even with incomplete information
- Communicate clearly about technical trade-offs, priorities, and constraints
