About the role

  • Learning Experience Designer at TD Wealth managing the design and execution of learning solutions. Focused on deep stakeholder collaboration and effective training experiences for advisors and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of training solutions
  • partner with a Learning Strategy Manager to understand business gaps and objectives
  • management of deliverables, stakeholders, resources, timelines, and critical success factors
  • communication of regular updates to your people leader
  • collaboration and peer-sharing

Requirements

  • 3+ years of previous L&D experience
  • post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or similar
  • CTDP designation an asset
