Responsibilities
- Develop the mortgage business and customer base
- Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training

- Work with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions
- Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel
- Build and manage a personal business using TD's brand
- Maintain a flexible work schedule

- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal
- Post-secondary education preferred
