Responsibilities
- Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Develop a customer base using a proactive and strategic approach
- Conduct sales calls, including joint calls with the Senior District Sales Manager
- Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel
- Participate in monthly coaching sessions
- Build an individual mortgage business using TD’s brand
- Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team
Requirements
- Proven sales track record
- Exceptional quality sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional
- Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
