About the role
- Paving Labourer working with Highway Construction crew on various projects across Alberta. Responsible for performing highway tasks and assisting with traffic control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform various highway construction tasks including raking, shoveling, unloading trucks and small maintenance tasks
- Assist with traffic control procedures and work zone setup
- Work well with others and adhere to Ledcor Health, Safety & Environmental program
Requirements
- Previous labor experience within a highways setting is an advantage
- Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to incorporate health and safety concepts into work activities
- Must demonstrate ability to work under minimal supervision
