About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of system-level concepts of operations (ConOps), architecture and requirements.
- Support the development and documentation of technical budgets.
- Provide recommendations on managing gaps in requirements and suggested updates to requirement specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of requirement specifications and system architecture.
- Collaborate with technical personnel on assessing technical issues, and developing strategies to address the technical issues.
Requirements
- Currently undertaking a graduate-level degree in systems, communications, space systems, electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in systems, communications, space systems, electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in formal, standards-based Systems Engineering should be highlighted in the application.
- Any industry recognized certificates of achievement relating to this position should be highlighted in the application.
- Experience developing and managing requirement specifications for space missions, satellite communications systems, or related aerospace systems.
- Proficiency in systems engineering and requirements management principles.
- Familiarity with and exposure to space-based or defence Systems Engineering Processes such as ECSS and NASA.
