About the role
- Senior Quality Assurance Analyst executing testing strategies for TELUS Health. Responsible for leading QA efforts, mentoring, and ensuring quality in health technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to define testing scope
- Analyze technical documents to identify test scenarios and develop positive and negative test cases
- Build and maintain test suite based on newly added or changes in existing functionalities
- Prioritize and execute test execution based on assigned priorities
- Participate in test strategy and test plan definition
- Support and peer-review tasks of other QA resources
- Report testing progress to QA Leads and escalate risks affecting deadlines or quality
- Propose solutions and improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide client support and training as required (possible travel involved)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in QA, including 2 years in a senior role
- Demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and requirements from a quality assurance and testing perspective
- Core Competencies: Curious, disciplined, and creative mindset
- Detail-oriented and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Clear and constructive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- User-centric perspective with commitment to quality
- Ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in French and English

- Knowledge or experience in pension plan administration
- Ability to travel to clients in Canada and the United States
- Intermediate knowledge of English is required
