Responsibilities
Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of system, subsystem, and interface requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and related work products are consistent with the needs, desires, and concerns of the end-users.
Ensure that requirements are unambiguous, feasible, testable, and verifiable.
Develop and maintain requirements specifications and related artefacts in the approved requirements management tool.
Ensure bidirectional traceability between requirements and architecture/design, verification, and validation artefacts.
Perform / Review requirements decomposition / fan-out, including coverage and gap analysis.
Plan and participate in requirements reviews, walkthroughs, and sign‑off activities with engineering and customer representatives.
Manage requirements baselines and changes, including impact analysis and configuration control.
Design and maintain the requirements architecture in IBM DOORS/Polarion ALM.
Requirements
University or college degree in engineering or a related discipline.
At least 12 years of professional experience in the design and integration of complex systems in commercial and/or military domains.
At least 5 years of professional experience with a major focus on requirements.
Ability to succeed in cross-functional/multidisciplinary teams.
