Responsibilities
Serve as Level 1 support for all enterprise applications, including SAP, Move-IT, and document management platforms.
Perform routine administrative tasks in SAP (e.g., user management, basic configuration), Move-IT, and document management systems.
Monitor application performance and escalate issues to Level 2/3 support when necessary.
Assist with onboarding new users and managing access permissions across applications.
Support integration and connectivity troubleshooting between applications.
Maintain accurate documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionality.
Participate in application testing during upgrades or new deployments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in IT support or application administration.
Familiarity with SAP systems and basic administrative tasks.
Knowledge of Move-IT and document management platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
