About the role
- Translation and localization specialist coordinating multilingual content for Veriforce’s contractor and supply-chain safety SaaS platform. Maintaining terminology, vendor workflows, translation assets, and linguistic quality.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multilingual content requests from intake through delivery
- Work with internal teams and external language partners to clarify scope, resolve questions, and complete localization deliverables
- Maintain consistent localization practices, documentation, and handoff standards
- Assist with vendor intake, quotes, cost tracking, and timeline tracking
- Monitor multilingual delivery timelines and translation project status
- Facilitate submitter-to-vendor intake, review, and deployment workflows
- Prepare, organize, and format bulk translation keys and string files for platform email assets and CRM communications
- Verify translated text formatting, placeholders, and variables before CRM/marketing automation integration
- Maintain and update glossaries, terminology databases, and lexicons
- Perform linguistic and technical QA for accuracy, formatting, terminology consistency, regional appropriateness, and brand tone
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in translation coordination, localization project management, or a related field
- Practical experience with translation management tools, terminology resources, quality assurance practices, and localization project workflows
- High proficiency in English
- Fluency or native-level knowledge in French or another major language is an asset
- Meticulous organizational skills with a strong focus on data formatting, string management, and linguistic consistency
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external translation vendors
