Project Manager/Product Owner responsible for coordinating projects with design and development teams at Thirdbridge. Delivering tailored software solutions based on client needs using agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
Receive, evaluate and manage client requests while ensuring constant alignment with product strategy;
Act as a trusted advisor in client relationships;
Rapidly prototype product ideas using generative AI tools to validate hypotheses before involving development teams;
Actively use AI on a daily basis: generate functional code, write specifications, create mockups, and automate tasks;
Provide strategic consulting for digital and AI-driven transformation: assess a client's maturity, map their ecosystem, and deliver a prioritized transformation roadmap;
Organize and lead workshops with clients and the team: conduct interviews and synthesize findings into clear presentations for decision-makers;
Set measurable objectives, analyze data and KPIs, and provide feedback to the team;
Manage project budgets and timelines and make appropriate decisions when they are affected;
Manage and prioritize the product and design backlog in collaboration with the team lead (writing epics, user stories, etc.);
Oversee the quality assurance process while actively participating in it;
Track the product lifecycle from design through delivery and maintenance;
Ensure continuous alignment between deliverables and the product vision.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or digital product management;
Relevant experience in software development;
Ability to manage budgets, resources and timelines;
Familiarity with Scrum and agile practices;
Good knowledge of common management tools (e.g., Jira, Harvest, Forecast, etc.);
Excellent communication skills to ensure collaboration and alignment between clients and teams;
Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;
Active use of AI in your work;
Comfortable with "vibe coding": able to lead an AI development agent to produce functional prototypes quickly and understand the outputs well enough to validate their quality;
Solid understanding of core UX/UI design concepts and experience with Figma;
Strong plus if you have expertise in digital strategy and data analytics; knowledge of the retail industry, loyalty programs, retail-specific marketing strategies, and gamification of digital products; and a strong interest in transactional applications and customer experience in retail contexts.
