About the role

  • AI Engineering Lead responsible for infrastructure and development of AI agents in product analytics. Managing tools, standards, and governance for a team supporting 60+ products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Shared Infrastructure: Build and maintain shared assets our analysts build on
  • Build Agents: Develop production AI agents from prototypes
  • Own Evaluations and the Definition of Done: Define production standards for AI work
  • Close Pipeline Gaps: Diagnose data and infrastructure gaps and drive closure
  • Set the Build Standards: Manage build artifacts and repository conventions
  • Make Builders Better: Teach infrastructure use to analysts
  • Governance and Compliance: Navigate AI governance landscape for the team
  • Scale Adoption Across the Team: Ensure tools are findable and usable
  • Interface Outward: Represent the team in organizational AI conversations
  • Keep Production Agents Healthy: Establish monitoring for agents in production

Requirements

  • Demonstrated personal investment in AI
  • 2+ years of serious hands-on building with modern AI tooling
  • Fluency across AI assistants, coding in an AI development environment, patterns of agent design
  • Experience taking someone else's prototype and generalizing it into reusable infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of how to evaluate AI systems
  • Substantial experience building structure and programs that scale a capability across a whole team
  • Strong eye for detail and discipline to specify success before building
  • 4+ years driving change across teams with senior stakeholders
  • 5+ years in analytics or a closely related data discipline
  • Awareness of AI governance and compliance considerations
  • Project tracking and program coordination experience is an asset
  • Experience in or alongside product teams and SaaS experience are assets
