About the role
- Full Stack Engineer leading scalable infrastructure creation at Lexful, an AI-native IT documentation platform. Collaborating with technical leads and shaping product features for the future.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of scalable, intelligent infrastructure from the ground up.
- Shape how our platform operates, integrates, and scales.
- Develop user workflows incorporating contextually intelligent AI features.
- Build connectors to enterprise software, design data migration and ingestion systems.
- Ensure security, SOC 2 compliance, and multi-tenant architecture.
- Build backend services powering user-facing features.
- Work directly with principal architect & engineer, data engineer, frontend engineer, and product/design team.
Requirements
- 5+ years backend experience, including 2+ years at early-stage startup (0-to-1 experience) with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.
- Production systems experience at scale, you know what "production-ready" means.
- Product sense, you understand why we build and can influence what we build.
- Ownership mindset, you've led initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong fundamentals: APIs, databases, distributed systems, security, cloud.
- Passionate about code quality with a thorough understanding software development concepts that promote readability, maintainability, and testability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Love for problem solving with an innate sense of curiosity and urgency.
