About the role

  • IT Support Technician providing technical support for Triton Environmental Consultants across multiple offices. Collaborating with the IT team to manage IT systems and user support.

Responsibilities

  • Process and resolve IT support tickets; clearly communicate status, roadblocks, and solutions to the team
  • Administer and maintain IT user accounts and systems
  • Create and maintain IT documentation
  • Assists with new IT initiatives and projects
  • Occasional travel between offices may be required
  • Other related duties

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a computer related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience maintaining and providing hardware/software support for computers, printers, and networks
  • Working support knowledge in Windows 11
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS365) applications
  • Strong service-oriented attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive files and materials
  • Physically able to lift 50 lb., twist, bend, and work in awkward positions
