Responsibilities
Join a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering high-quality, end-to-end software solutions that scale
Collaborate with Software Engineers, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to refine user stories into actionable tasks, then design, build, and ship features that meet business goals
Translate user story acceptance criteria into robust, reusable, and scalable solutions
Document your work and communicate design decisions to ensure alignment across the team
Contribute to and uphold coding standards and best practices that promote maintainability, performance, and testability
Participate in peer design and code reviews, sharing insights and learning from others
Identify technical and project risks early and work with the team to mitigate them effectively
Provide technical input on user stories, helping balance business needs and technical feasibility through thoughtful trade-offs
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, reliability, and delivery predictability
Requirements
3-5 years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-grade applications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, or Java with solid experience with microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
Solid experience with MySQL or other relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL databases is an asset
Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, Material UI and CSS with an understanding of micro frontend architectures
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
Strong background in unit testing and test automation, including automated testing of web services
A passion for writing clean, performant, and maintainable code with a strong focus on quality
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and apply new technologies
A strong collaborator and communicator - you work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience working in an agile development environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
