About the role
- Senior Full Stack Engineer developing Trust OS for Trust Wallet. Working on AI-powered features and integrations across mobile, web, and backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Trust OS — our AI platform enabling agents, workflows, and integrations across wallet features
- Build AI-powered experiences across the stack (mobile, web, backend)
- Design and implement backend services in Go and integrate with LLMs and AI systems
- Develop frontend and mobile features using React / React Native
- Build and scale AI workflows (agents, memory, RAG, context management)
- Work closely with Product and Leadership to shape AI-driven roadmap and features
- Stay ahead of crypto and AI trends and translate them into product opportunities
- Contribute to on-chain features (swaps, discovery, security, recommendations) powered by AI
- Ensure performance, security, and reliability of AI systems in production
Requirements
- Strong full stack experience (frontend + backend systems)
- Hands-on experience with Typescript, and preferably Go/React Native
- Solid experience working with LLMs / AI systems (agents, prompts, RAG, etc.)
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Deep interest and experience in crypto / web3
- Strong awareness of current trends (AI + crypto, on-chain analytics, security, MEV, etc.)
- Product mindset — able to propose ideas, not just implement
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive 0 → 1 initiatives.
- Strong understanding of security (especially AI + wallet context), performance and scalability, API and distributed systems design.
