About the role

  • Senior Product Manager shaping how Unity's products are priced and adopted by customers. Collaborating across teams to drive sustainable revenue and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own pricing, packaging, and business model initiatives for a defined product group, from problem identification through launches and evaluation of results.
  • Design and run pricing experiments and research (e.g., surveys, A/B tests, offer tests) to validate hypotheses and inform decisions using data.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure pricing and packaging decisions align with product strategy and are technically feasible.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to operationalize changes in systems, processes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Synthesize customer insights, product usage data, and competitive trends into clear recommendations on how to monetize and differentiate our offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing software or digital products to market in a product management or related role, with accountability for outcomes.
  • Hands-on involvement in pricing, packaging, or monetization projects, e.g., building modeling options, evaluating trade-offs, or supporting commercial decisions.
