About the role

- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Collaborate with the project developer and business analyst to ensure user needs are met
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Lead and influence squads’ specialists and stakeholders during planning, feasibility, and development projects
- Contribute to developing and recommending strategic orientations and business positioning
- Make recommendations on the development and delivery of projects involving high operational and conceptual complexity
- Interact with a large number of stakeholders across various fields of expertise
- Serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert for senior management and decision-making bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
