Responsibilities

  • Fostering positive relationships with project team, collaborators, and partners
  • Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
  • Reviewing and assessing requirements needed to meet project timelines
  • Informing stakeholders of project progress
  • Maintaining project records
  • Promoting research initiatives to increase program visibility
  • Preparing draft program reports and summaries from data collected
  • Serving as a resource by providing non-supervisory administrative guidance

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years proven experience of project coordination in a related research setting or similar environment
  • Strong grasp of project management fundamentals
  • Experience liaising and managing e-mail and phone communications
  • Experience using social media platforms and content management software
  • Experience managing registration and logistics of virtual meetings/webinars
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
