Responsibilities
- Fostering positive relationships with project team, collaborators, and partners
- Coordinating meeting schedules, agendas, materials, action and follow-up items
- Reviewing and assessing requirements needed to meet project timelines
- Informing stakeholders of project progress
- Maintaining project records
- Promoting research initiatives to increase program visibility
- Preparing draft program reports and summaries from data collected
- Serving as a resource by providing non-supervisory administrative guidance
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant field or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum three years proven experience of project coordination in a related research setting or similar environment
- Strong grasp of project management fundamentals
- Experience liaising and managing e-mail and phone communications
- Experience using social media platforms and content management software
- Experience managing registration and logistics of virtual meetings/webinars
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
