About the role

Business Intelligence Developer at Uzinakod transforming data into actionable insights for clients. Collaborating with teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Participate in data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and ingestion (ETL/ELT)
Design and develop databases required for reporting (data warehouses/data marts)
Handle data (pre-processing, exploratory analysis, correlation identification)
Ensure data quality from the data warehouse through to the visualization layer
Design dashboards and implement improvements and fixes as needed
Model multidimensional data (OLAP)
Document and maintain a data inventory
Rigorously apply best practices for data ingestion
Coordinate with your team lead and project manager on ongoing tasks in an agile environment

Bachelor's degree in information technology or another field relevant to the role
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
Comfortable communicating in French, both spoken and written
Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written (to liaise with some English-only clients)
Excellent adaptability
Ability to work well in a team
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with technologies: SQL / Transact-SQL, ETL, SSIS, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure DevOps
