Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Stibo STEP solutions from business discovery and design through development, testing, release, and ongoing support
Partner with business stakeholders to design user flows, workflows, and data quality checks supporting product onboarding and enrichment
Translate business requirements into STEP data models, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, and validation frameworks
Influence technical architecture and integration design for STEP, including REST APIs, event-based patterns, and batch processes
Collaborate as an embedded lead with full-stack and Stibo STEP platform engineers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions
Create and maintain project and support documentation such as technical design documents, delivery plans, and release notes
Provide hands-on STEP development and technical guidance to other engineers
Participate in on-call support rotations, triage and resolve production incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Troubleshoot and fix defects, data quality issues, integration failures, and performance problems
Requirements
7+ years with Stibo STEP MDM / PIM solutions with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP - including design, configuration, integration, deployment and support
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology Systems or related field
SQL, REST APIs, integration design, exposure to AI/ML concepts
Tools: Slack, Jira
