About the role
- Senior Software Engineer developing and enhancing automated testing features using TypeScript and React for Vanta's Trust Management Platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects and scaling infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
- Lead high impact projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to enable our business and team to scale
- Set direction for critical technical surface areas, enabling us to stay ahead of continued rapid growth
- Work with talented and kind engineers to make a significant impact on our customer base, enabling them to improve and review their security posture
- Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture as we grow
Requirements
- Have at least 6 years of full stack experience
- Have experience with TypeScript and GraphQL
- Have a passion for high visibility customer facing features, with a strong eye for detail
- Have a product-mindset who empathizes with users and is driven to solve their problems
- Have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space
- Open to using AI to amplify your skills and strengthen your work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
