About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and advise IT teams on the selection, evolution, and optimization of digital solutions.
- Support business groups in analyzing their needs and identifying solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Serve as the technical authority for generative artificial intelligence and Copilot solutions.
- Guide teams in evaluating, integrating, and using Copilot capabilities within Microsoft 365.
- Participate in defining the technical direction, best practices, and standards governing Microsoft 365 and generative artificial intelligence.
- Serve as the technical authority for the corporate intranet and oversee its evolution, consistency, and alignment with organizational needs.
- Conduct analyses, proofs of concept, and assessments to validate the feasibility, relevance, and value of new capabilities.
- Support teams in adopting solutions, explain technical concepts in accessible terms, and ensure knowledge transfer.
- Maintain ongoing technology watch activities and advise stakeholders on the evolution of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background in computer science or another relevant field.
- Six years of experience related to the position’s responsibilities, primarily implementing or deploying solutions in a Microsoft 365 environment, including collaboration, document management, and productivity solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies in an organizational context, including both the platform’s native capabilities and their integration, customization, and evolution potential.
- Technical knowledge of Copilot solutions and generative artificial intelligence in an organizational environment.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance concepts associated with Microsoft 365.
- Candidates must be recommended following the SPVM security clearance process.
- Microsoft certification in Microsoft 365 administration, artificial intelligence, security, or compliance is an asset.
