Responsibilities
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather requirements from various departments.
Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define automation opportunities.
Document and communicate automation solutions effectively to stakeholders.
Design and architect robust and scalable automation solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.
Develop detailed technical documentation and design specifications.
Implement and integrate automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and other relevant technologies.
Monitor automation performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required.
Proven experience as an Automation Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
Strong technical skills in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, IFTTT), scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Next.JS/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
Strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
