Responsibilities

Provide technical and strategic leadership for the Technology organization.
Define and deliver the technology strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Accelerate digital innovation and drive implementation of digital transformation programs.
Lead and develop a high-performing Technology team.
Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures.
Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into technology initiatives.

10+ years of experience leading or managing technology functions.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience leading distributed and/or remote teams.
Strong knowledge of modern technology capabilities and trends.
Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
