Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical consultants across all phases of SAP GTS implementations.
- Drive the development and enhancement of technical capabilities within the SAP GTS team.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP GTS solutions, focusing on Compliance Management, Customs Processing, and Preference Management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP ABAP and related technologies.
- Develop and customize SAP GTS components including Customs, Compliance, and Preference Management modules.
- Support migration projects and optimize the performance of GTS modules.
- Implement or enhance Fiori applications to improve user experience and process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring system stability and performance.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and cost-effective SAP GTS solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP technologies.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation in a hands-on technical role.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development.
- 6–8 years of hands-on SAP GTS experience, particularly in Compliance Management, Preference Management, and Customs modules.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with E4H upgrades or migration projects (preferred).
- Knowledge of Bonded Warehouse, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), and Customs Filing processes (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
