About the role
- Technical Architect leading Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration for Clariti, which empowers governments to deliver exceptional citizen experiences. Supporting complex implementations and delivery improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and/or initiate solution direction for Clariti implementations
- Support or lead technical discovery and analysis workshops
- Recommend strategy and proposed architecture
- Provide direction for third-party integration approach, specifications, and testing practices
- Provide direction for data conversion and support partners in data conversion activities
- Drive efficiencies for future implementations by identifying and developing processes or tools
- Train junior staff members
- Interact with product management and development teams
- Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to delivery teams
- Set architectural direction, build consensus, mediate conflicts, and provide technical leadership and consulting services
- Provide solution architecture development, consultancy, and assurance to projects
- Support and guide Clariti solution architecture through successful deployment
- Serve as senior architectural lead on implementation projects, including discovery, business process design, requirements validation, integration design, data migration, development, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to products, tools, assets, and processes that streamline delivery of the Clariti Enterprise solution
- Provide best-practices guidance for deploying configuration data, metadata, and code across environments
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Identify and document business and technical requirement specifications
- Collaborate on and validate technical specification documents for custom development and integrations
- Contribute to best practices that improve delivery quality
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform
- 3-5 years of experience leading implementations with clients and/or working with system integration partners
- Salesforce.com Admin, Advance Admin, and Developer Certifications
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities
- Experience integrating 3rd party applications into Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of data and data migration methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI plugins and Salesforce DevOps Center, or equivalent solutions
- Able to work within time constraints when necessary
- Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment
- Able to travel within the United States and Canada as needed
- Must undergo comprehensive background checks before joining the team
- Other Cloud certifications a plus
- Technical skills supporting integration via Rest API, setting up SSO with OKTA or Azure AD
- Expert understanding of solution architecture
- End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
- Able to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools in Microsoft Visio and Excel
