About the role
- Full-stack engineer developing and enhancing tools for marketing automation at Warner Music Group. Collaborating with marketing and product teams on innovative solutions using Python and React.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a full-stack engineer to join our fast-evolving Automated Marketing engineering team.
- This person will work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver value to the business quickly through the development of internal tools and pipelines ranging from early prototypes to fully-supported products.
- This role focuses on the full stack, including data engineering, data pipelining, backend development in Python, and front-end development in React.

Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- An ideal candidate will have exposure to marketing teams, experience with Python and React, experience with data pipelining (e.g., ETL), and experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
- You have a strong focus on the customer with a bias to action to deliver value quickly.
