About the role

Process Engineer at Wood, supporting lifecycle projects for a leading global consultancy. Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities

Support projects across their full lifecycle, including study phase, DBM, FEED, and detailed design.
Apply strong engineering fundamentals to develop high-quality process deliverables.
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Exposure to a wide range of projects and support professional development.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university
Currently registered or eligible for registration with APEGA
2–10 years of relevant process engineering experience (new graduates may be considered for select roles)
Working knowledge of HYSYS, UniSim, or ProMax
Ability to perform hydraulics and general equipment sizing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of process engineering fundamentals
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
Experience with AFT Fathom / Arrow (desirable)
PHA experience (desirable)
