About the role
- Sr. Associate Software Development Engineer creating software for daily use in collaboration platforms. Involving with product development and maintaining software quality in the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with product management and engineering peers to thoroughly design, build, and test comprehensive product features
- Continuously testing, refactoring, and maintaining code
- Writing robust, maintainable code, and refactoring to ensure quality and efficiency
- Actively participating in code reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in Software Engineering
- 2+ years of work experience in both front-end and back-end engineering
- 1+ years of work experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript code
- Proven track record of delivering production quality apps and features
- Experience with building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins/Github Actions
- Strong communication skills in a collaborative environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem is a plus
- Experience developing with Microsoft Teams and/or Slack is a plus
- Familiarity building integrations or skills/actions for AI assistants or agentic platforms is a plus.
