Provides technology related oversight for new restaurant build projects, collaborating with external partners and internal teams. Ensures successful implementation from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
Working closely with external support partners and internal cross-functional teams, provide technology related oversight to support new restaurant build projects.
Initiate introduction processes and be the point of contact between Franchisees, support partners and KFC internal teams.
Ensure contracts are completed and signed between Franchisees and applicable support partners.
Work closely with external support partners during all project stages including coordinating and leading regular cadence meetings to ensure project timelines are being achieved.
Assist in identifying and removing potential roadblocks to keep processes running smoothly.
Work directly with Franchisees and internal cross functional teams to review restaurant technology procurement requests helping to ensure they meet restaurant layout requirements.
Provide first point of contact for Franchisee/restaurant team relating to IT technology during initial restaurant openings.
Requirements
Technical College degree combined with equivalent work experience
2 years of Information Technology, Project Management
Experience operating within an ITIL or ITSM aligned organization
Experience working with 3rd party support partners
Excellent critical thinking and practical decision making with the ability to think outside the box and explore innovative solutions to recurring issues
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through to ensure problems are resolved
Ability to manage multiple process streams simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with employees in all departments and at all levels of the organization
We'd prefer this role to have QSR, Restaurant and/or Retail experience
French Canadian language skills, both written and verbal is an asset
