Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into data and analytics specifications with a focus on Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and related Azure data services
- Support data integration, transformation, and quality processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand underwriting and claims workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, optimize, and validate data pipelines
- Leverage strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Databricks in an insurance data environment (Commercial or Personal)
- Strong data-oriented analysis skills, including expertise with data profiling, data modeling, SQL, and root-cause analysis
- Experience working with Automobile insurance data structures, workflows, or regulatory reporting
- Experience integrating or analyzing data generated by Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or Guidewire ClaimCenter
