About the role

  • A large Telco seeks an AI Product Owner to drive Contact Center AI services, bridging business strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and deep technical execution, defining product roadmaps that leverage conversational AI, LLMs, and automation to transform customer support. Responsibilities include driving the evolution of Contact Center AI services, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering squads, asking probing questions, challenging assumptions, gathering clarity from cross-functional Client team members, unblocking features, mapping out complex user journeys, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation. Hands-on experience or fluency in Python and JavaScript. Knowledge of Google Contact Center Solution GECX / CES / CCAI / Dialogue Flow is preferred. Proactive and assertive champion. Ability to dig for information actively. Preferred: Experience with conversational AI technologies, familiarity with customer support transformation.
