Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of financial transactions such as bank wires and cash products. Manage shared inbox requests, perform accurate data entry, and support money movement operations. Interact effectively with internal and external partners, ensuring timely response to requests. Refer or escalate operational issues to appropriate teams for resolution while maintaining service quality. Follow established procedures and SLAs to deliver accurate and timely transaction processing. Support compliance-related activities, including review and adherence to regulatory and internal policies. Contribute to process improvements by identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices. Review documentation from government agencies and internal partners, ensuring data integrity. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Participate in team meetings and collaborate on workload management to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of banking or financial institute experience, specifically in wire processing or cash transactions. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and internal systems. Proficiency with SLAs and high-volume transaction environments. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
