About the role
- Data Migration Engineer with Salesforce needed for hybrid contract in Mississauga, ON. Must have GCP Dataproc, Spark, Python, BigQuery, and Salesforce API experience.
Responsibilities
- As a Data Migration Engineer, you will design and build ETL pipelines in the GCP ecosystem, perform custom data transformations using Python and PySpark, and handle large-scale data migration projects involving Salesforce. You will work with BigQuery, GCS, and Salesforce APIs to ensure efficient data handling and compliance with healthcare data regulations.
Requirements
- Must have 4-5+ years of experience with GCP Dataproc, Apache Spark (PySpark), Python scripting, BigQuery, ETL pipelines, Salesforce data model and APIs (Bulk API, REST API), and GCS. Preferred experience with GitLab CI/CD, Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud, DLP/PII handling, and healthcare compliance (PIPEDA, HIPAA). Must be a Canadian citizen or PR currently in Canada.
