Responsibilities
- Desktop Support Tech role for a 6-month contract starting in downtown Vancouver. Position requires 4 days onsite in downtown Vancouver. Responsibilities include IT desktop support with technologies like Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, MS Admin Centre, Exchange Admin Centre, Cisco Meraki, PaperCut, JAMF, MS Intune, Zoom. Experience configuring hardware such as MacBooks, Lenovo laptops and desktops, MS Surface. IT Networking experience with LAN/WAN and Wireless.
Requirements
- Must have 1-2+ years’ of experience in an IT desktop support role. Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PowerShell, MS Admin Centre, Exchange Admin Centre, Cisco Meraki, PaperCut, JAMF, MS Intune, Zoom.
