Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting HR systems, payroll operations, or enterprise applications. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) or willingness to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Interest in HR technology, payroll processes, and system-driven environments. Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Systems, or a related field. Nice to haves: Exposure to major HCM/payroll platforms (e.g. SAP, Workday, UKG, or similar). Experience working in structured or regulated environments (e.g. unionized settings). Familiarity with ticketing or workflow tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar). Payroll certification or formal payroll training.
