- Seeking a Dealer Compliance Audit Specialist to lead dealer audits, detect export/reseller risk, and strengthen policy enforcement for a global luxury automotive organization. Responsibilities include fraud monitoring, documentation review, dashboard building, and IT collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead dealer audits, detect export/reseller risk, and strengthen policy enforcement across the network. Monitor sales/RDR data for fraud, reseller, and export patterns. Review deal files and validate KYC documentation. Track VIN movement and assess policy violations. Recommend penalties, corrective actions, and program impacts. Draft non-compliance communications with Legal. Build dashboards and deliver leadership reporting. Partner with IT/Data on automation and risk monitoring tools.
Requirements
- 4โ7 yearsโ experience in compliance, audit, investigations, AML/KYC, or fraud. Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI skills. Experience reviewing transaction documentation and applying policy. Excellent analytical and written communication skills. Automotive or regulated industry experience preferred.
