About the role

  • Supports digital media campaign setup, trafficking, and QA. Partners with Media Planning and Analytics for accurate targeting and tracking.

Responsibilities

  • The Media Operations Coordinator supports the setup, trafficking, and QA of digital media campaigns so that creative is delivered accurately and on time. The position partners closely with Media Planning/Buying and Analytics to ensure correct targeting, tracking, and reporting. The focus is on operational excellence, attention to detail, and consistent execution across platforms. Success is measured by on-time launches, clean tagging, and reliable delivery/tracking.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience supporting media operations, ad trafficking, or campaign setup. Experience in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets). Familiarity with digital ad concepts (tags, pixels, click trackers, UTMs, redirects). Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
