About the role
- Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant with 10+ years experience in Oracle Cloud Finance modules. Contract role in Toronto involving period close, issue resolution, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant responsible for all core modules like AP, AR, GL, OFA, SLA, PPM, CM. Involved in period close activities, investigating root causes and resolving production issues. Works on enhancements and defects, troubleshoots interface issues with integration teams. Uses tools like Service Now. Owns end-to-end AMS activities, metrics validation, daily hygiene checks, and maintains SLAs. Requires ownership, accountability, and proactiveness. Reports metrics to client stakeholders, communicates and coordinates with other teams and clients for complex issues. Manages a team of 8-10 people at offshore.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Finance: All core Modules like AP, AR, GL, OFA, SLA, PPM, CM. Good knowledge on accounting. Should involve in period close activities. Should be able to investigate, find root cause and resolve production issues in the above areas. Should be able to work on Enhancements and Defects in the above areas, experienced in working and troubleshooting interface related issues along with Integration team. Experienced in using tools like Service Now preferred not mandatory. Should own end to end AMS activities, metrics validation, daily hygiene checks. Maintain the SLAs. Ownership/Accountability and proactiveness is very important. Experience in Metrics reporting to Client Stakeholders. Should be able to communicate well and coordinate with other teams and client stakeholders for complex issues and maintenance activities. Experience in managing a team of 8-10 people at offshore.
