Responsibilities
- Python Developer – Automation (Ansible) position requiring strong proficiency in Python scripting, modules, and REST API integration. Hands-on experience with Ansible playbooks, roles, variables, handlers, and templates. Experience with YAML, Jinja2 templating, Linux/Unix systems, version control (Git), and automating cloud or on-prem infrastructure.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, modules, REST API integration). Hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, variables, handlers, templates). Experience with YAML, Jinja2 templating. Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems. Knowledge of version control systems (Git). Experience automating cloud or on-prem infrastructure. DevOps & Tooling: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus. Experience with monitoring, logging, or system administration tools is beneficial. Understanding of networking basics (DNS, ports, firewalls). Good to Have: Experience with Ansible Tower / AWX. Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP). Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform. Bash/Shell scripting. Knowledge of ITSM or change management processes.
