About the role
- Seeking a Quality Engineer Automation Lead with 7+ years in QE, API and Mobile/Web automation expertise, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Engineering activities independently and across squads/teams. Design, develop, and execute automation frameworks for API and Front-End testing (Mobile/Web). Identify issues proactively and implement solutions independently. Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan and manage QA deliverables, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Mandatory: 7+ years in Quality Engineering, strong API Automation Testing (deal breaker), hands-on Front-End Automation (Mobile/Web), functional QE leadership experience, exposure to AI-driven tools, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently. Preferred: large-scale enterprise applications, Agile/Scrum, automation tools/frameworks, CI/CD/DevOps, banking domain.
