About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture and development of complex Android applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. Make high-level design decisions, enforce SOLID principles, and set technical direction for the team. Lead the adoption and implementation of Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose across projects. Oversee the integration of third-party SDKs and ensure best practices in dependency management. Design and implement responsive UIs for a variety of device form factors (phones, tablets, foldables). Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Champion code quality through rigorous code reviews, technical documentation, and test coverage (unit and UI). Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet business and user needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Android Developer. Strong technical and architectural expertise. Experience with Jetpack libraries and Jetpack Compose. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Solid understanding of SOLID principles and code quality practices.
