About the role
- Senior Full-Stack Developer role at a real estate tech startup. Hybrid position in Toronto with modern tech stack and equity compensation.
Responsibilities
- Own systems end-to-end – architecture → development → deployment → monitoring. Influence core technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the product. Work on a modern stack: Python, React + TypeScript, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Postgres, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker. Collaborate in a small, high-autonomy team with 3 days/week in-office (Toronto).
Requirements
- 5–7+ years experience, ideally from high-growth SaaS startups, fintech, proptech, or marketplaces. Experienced in zero-to-one delivery: taking products from idea → production → real users. Skilled in both frontend and backend development, with strong systems thinking. Excited by autonomy, fast feedback loops, and shipping visible results.
