About the role
- Software Developer/Analyst scaling Tangam Systems’ casino analytics platforms with C#, .NET, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Building automated tools, dashboards, and full-stack applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable data pipelines using C# and .NET Core
- Identify manual, slow, or error-prone processes and build automated solutions
- Create internal dashboards and full-stack applications using Angular/TypeScript, .NET Core, and NodeJS
- Turn complex operational data into actionable insights for internal teams
- Build, deploy, and maintain high-performance services using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices as part of an agile team
- Help shape the company’s technology stack and scalability strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience writing clean, maintainable code
- Experience building full-stack applications, backend logic, data processing/ETL pipelines, and user interfaces
- Proficiency in C# / .NET Core, TypeScript, or modern web application frameworks, preferably Angular or Node.js
- Solid understanding of SQL and database systems, including MS SQL and MySQL
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools, including Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes, is an asset
- Interest or experience in AI, LLMs, or automated agents is an asset
- Portfolio, GitHub link, or code samples preferred
- Technical testing / coding assessment required
- Ability to work in Waterloo 3 days a week
