About the role
- Senior Full-Stack Developer role at a SaaS startup transforming real estate workflows. Own systems end-to-end, influence technical decisions, and work with Python, React, TypeScript, AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, development, and deployment of critical platform components. Build and maintain backend microservices (Python, AWS EKS/Lambda, Docker). Develop and optimize the React + TypeScript frontend, integrating with Postgres databases. Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and troubleshooting for production systems. Collaborate directly with the CTO, co-founder, and a tight-knit team of engineers.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally with early-stage startup or fintech/proptech experience. Proven 'zero-to-one' delivery experience (idea → production → real usage). Strong systems thinking: caching, async behavior, performance, race conditions. Hands-on experience with Python backend, React/TypeScript frontend, AWS, Terraform, Postgres. Passion for high-autonomy work and technical mentorship. Bonus: GitHub or portfolio showcasing interesting projects or zero-to-one builds, strong personal presentation and clean resume, multi-language and tech-stack breadth.
