Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise application development, strong technical expertise in Java and Python, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development within enterprise environments, covering the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC). Minimum 2 years of experience in Python development. Hands-on experience with AWS services, including: AWS Lambda, Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS, Amazon S3. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Ability to gather requirements, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions.
